You are able to create a class list in PowerSchool for your administrators. PowerSchool automatically does this for the teachers and the list is available for the teachers in PowerSchool Teacher. Using this list the teachers can print labels, create form letters, etc.
To do this on the admon side of PowerSchool requires two steps.
Step one - Select students by hand
Begin by selecting the grades you want to divide. In my movie example I am creating a Kindergarten list for SMI for class K1 or some schools use KA, etc. I begin by clicking on the K (kindergarteners) and then select students by hand. Hold down the control key and click on the students in the K1 class. Now click on the "Functions button" and then "save stored selection". Type in a name for your list - my names is K1 Obrien 07. End by clicking submit.
You can now access this list from the main menu by clicking stored selections. Check the stored search you need and click Go Functions. From there you can print list, enroll students in classes, etc.
